Eternally Safe
“The fear of man lays a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is safe.” Proverbs 29:25 (ESV)
We ought to be wise about the evil intents of the wicked, but not worried, fearful, or paranoid about their next move. Let’s not fear the actions of sinful men against us or against any of God’s saints. Consider that the worst case scenario from evil men is death, even torture, but though we die yet shall we live and go to be with our Lord! If we are victims of hurt or harm, we stand as a witness to His faithfulness, and either way, we are eternally safe.
Let’s pray today that we may keep our eyes on the safety of Heaven and the power of Calvary to safely sustain us.
