Longing for Jesus

“You also, be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand.” James 5:8 (ESV)

We have been given this time of waiting before our Lord’s return so our hearts may grow stronger toward Him. Our Christian faith is not just an intellectual assessment of spiritually siding with biblical explanation. Our faith is not only a head knowledge, but a heart that unquestionably longs to see our Savior face to face.

Let’s pray today that our hearts may reach out for the day our Jesus returns for us.
